The first 4 tracks are certainly taken from DJ Buzz Fuzz's set at Thunderdome '97.
This SECAM VHS was given for free to some of the purchasers of the Thunderdome 97 2CD in France (and perhaps in some other countries) to promote the full length video. PAL-encoded copies were distributed in other countries. There's no difference between both versions except for the SECAM format which is indicated on the tape label. 30 minutes tape
