Onze opdrachtgever is een wereldwijde leverancier van logistiek, transport management en supply chain diensten met vestigingen in vijf continenten. Als een derde partij logistieke dienstverlener, variëren de diensten van contractlogistiek gewijd aan het beheer van magazijn en de distributie, transport management, supply chain engineering en andere diensten met een toegevoegde waarde, door middel van een strategisch netwerk van multi-clients en de speciaal daarvoor bestemde faciliteiten. Met meer dan 16 miljoen vierkante meter aan magazijnruimte gewijd in Noord-Amerika, Azië, Europa en Latijns-Amerika, zorgen zij voor een effectieve, geïntegreerde oplossingen voor de transport en distributie behoeften van de toonaangevende bedrijven over de hele wereld.
Job Description
The Teamlead will be responsible for the day-to-day Inventory Control operation within the Warehouse environment. He/she will lead a group of associates within the department to successfully complete assigned duties and tasks.
Responsibilities:
# Leads must ensure associates are completing task timely and accurately;
# communicating to internal and external customers, customer service representives and / or suppliers;
# ensuring all processes and its related activities are processed / monitored in time according to the SLA;
# communicating and handling of deviations;
# progress reporting;
# ensure compliance with the LEAN philosophy;
# perform SWI assessments;
# Training of team members in the day-to-day operation
# Training and implementation of new global processes
# the Lead will be a member of project groups when applicable.

Job Requirements
Qualifications, skills and experiences request:
- at least 4 years of experience in a warehouse - at least 1 year of experience in leading and coaching - knowledge about Inventory control - experience in making tactical & operational plannings - knowledge about LEAN, ISO and system process - experience with Microsoft Office and computer based WMS technology - able to make decisions ans solve problems - language knowledge verbally and written to be able to communicate and understand all SWI's in Dutch / English.
